The Global Executive MBA is an 18-month transformational programme for senior professionals ready to operate at C-suite level. Combining AI-driven executive leadership, strategic finance, cross-cultural negotiation, and 1-on-1 executive coaching — in a blended format with residencies in Paris and possible international residencies, or fully online — it is designed for professionals who cannot slow down, but refuse to stand still.
Entry requires a Bachelor's degree + 5 years of professional experience. Every participant writes an article submitted to IJABER, PSE's peer-reviewed journal (publication after editorial approval), joins PSE's professional network, and earns an institutional diploma — with the possibility to apply to PSE's DBA (subject to selection).

Executive Interview
A strategic-level conversation with our academic director about your leadership goals and research project. Online or in Paris. Conducted in English. You then receive a formal decision by email.
Enrolment & Deposit
Once admitted, sign your programme agreement and pay the €2,000 deposit. You keep a 14-day right of withdrawal. Payment schedule possible (Art. 13 bis T&C).

What is the Global Executive MBA?+
An 18-month programme for professionals holding a Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 5 years of professional experience. Taught 100% in English, in a blended format (online modules and residencies) or fully online, it combines executive coaching, AI-driven leadership and PSE's active learning approach across four intensive phases. It leads to an institutional diploma awarded by Paris School of Entrepreneurship.

What is the total cost?+
€26,000 for the full programme, including a €2,000 deposit paid once you are admitted. A payment schedule is available under Article 13 bis of our Terms and Conditions. Direct funding by your employer is possible; the programme is not eligible for OPCO or CPF funding at this stage. Scholarship requests are accepted from 1 February, in accordance with our Scholarship Policy.
What are the three learning pathways?+
Parcours Paris — blended, with Paris residencies. IAM Track — Paris plus international cities (travel, accommodation and visa costs not included in tuition). Global Digital Scholar — 100% online from anywhere. All three lead to the same diploma and the same IJABER article requirement.
How does executive coaching work?+
1-on-1 and group coaching sessions run throughout the 18-month programme. Focus areas include executive presence, strategic communication, leadership under pressure and personal development planning aligned with your career objectives.
Can I continue working during the programme?+
Yes. The programme is designed for working executives. The 18-month format combines flexible online modules with concentrated residency phases — or can be followed fully online — so you can maintain your professional responsibilities.
What credentials do I receive?+
The Global Executive MBA, an institutional diploma awarded by Paris School of Entrepreneurship (not a French national diploma). You also write an article submitted to IJABER (ISSN 3077-2273), PSE's peer-reviewed journal (publication after editorial approval), prepare for professional certifications and join PSE's professional network.
Can I pursue doctoral studies after the Global Executive MBA?+
Yes. Graduates may apply to PSE's Doctoral Programs: the DBA (Doctor of Business Administration) for senior executives, or research-focused doctoral tracks in international business, innovation or public policy. Admission is subject to selection.
